Rating Reports

All analysis reports are accessed from the Reports drop-down on the Rating Dialog:

This will launch the LEAP Bridge Steel report generator. Once inside the report generator select the Member Group (Group :), Member (or members) to be reported (Member :), the Rating Combination (Combination :).

Based on the Rating Combination (or combinations) selected one or two reports can be viewed, Design Inventory and Design Operating rating:

The following rating articles/equations are used to determine load rating resistances.

Strength Rating: Determine the critical Strength resistance for the following when the rating combination is based on Strength (i.e. Strength I selected by the user):
- Moment resistance
  - Eq.6.10.7.1.1-1 (ΦfMn)
  - Eq. 6.10.7.2.1-1 (ΦfFnc) - compression flange controls
  - Eq. 6.10.7.2.1-2 (ΦfFnt) - tension flange controls
  - Eq. 6.10.8.1.1-1 (ΦfFnc) - compression flange controls
  - Eq. 6.10.8.1.2-1 (ΦfFnt) - tension flange controls
  - Eq. 6.10.8.1.3-1 (ΦfRhFyf) - check both tension and compression
- Shear resistance
  - Eq.6.10.9.1.1-1 (ΦvVn)
Service Rating: Determine the Service Resistance when the rating is based on the Service rating combination
- Eq. 6.10.4.2.2-1 (0.95RhFyf) Top flange
- Eq. 6.10.4.2.2-2 (0.95RhFyf) Bottom flange
- Eq. 6.10.4.2.2-3 (0.80RhFyf) Top flange
- Eq. 6.10.4.2.2-3 (0.80RhFyf) Bottom flange
- Eq. 6.10.4.2.2-4 (Fcrw) - this could be either (or both) flanges
